SAY opens new Manchester office to strengthen support for clients across the UK

SAY has expanded its national presence with a new regional office in Manchester. This is a key milestone in our growth and a further step in supporting clients across the UK with specialist operational advice.

The new base will be led by Associate Director and Regional Lead, Gareth Bridgman, a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over seven years’ experience providing strategic operational advice to developers and operators across Build to Rent, Affordable Housing and Mixed-Use projects.

Gareth has played a key role in developing strategies that drive operational excellence and long-term sustainability, helping clients deliver efficient, well-managed and future-ready developments. He is known for his collaborative approach and clear, practical advice that supports clients from concept through to occupation and beyond.

With major investment and regeneration across the UK’s regional markets, the Manchester office reinforces SAY’s commitment to the North and enhances our capacity to deliver outstanding services across the region.

Gareth Bridgman commented:

“This is an exciting time in my career and for SAY. We are already working with clients across the North, and this new base allows us to strengthen those relationships whilst creating new ones on the ground. It’s also an exciting time for the regional markets given the extensive levels of regeneration we will see in the coming years, and we’re well placed to add value from concept to operation.”

Debra Yudolph, Founder and CEO at SAY, said:

“Expanding into Manchester is a natural and important next step for SAY. We’ve always aimed to deliver the same level of insight and expertise wherever our clients operate, and having a permanent base in Manchester strengthens our ability to do that. Under Gareth’s leadership, this regional hub positions us to grow, stay close to key markets, and build even stronger client relationships across the UK.”
