SAY Property strengthens leadership team with a string of new appointments

SAY are excited to announce the appointment of Caspar Courage as Managing Director as part of a series of promotions designed to strengthen the team, recognise talent and drive continued success.

Caspar has been a part of SAY for almost a decade, playing a key role in shaping the consultancy’s strategic direction. A Chartered Surveyor, he previously led SAY’s teams in the Rental Living and Later Living sectors, working with developers, operators, and investors to define and deliver sustainable, market-leading operational strategies. Caspar co-authored the Urban Land Institute’s Housing with Care Guide and was named one of Property Week’s 2019 RESI Trailblazers. He will continue to lead Later Living alongside the Managing Director role.

Caspar will work closely with Debra Yudolph, SAY’s Founder and CEO, to continue shaping the firm’s strategic direction and growth. Together, they will build on SAY’s reputation for delivering best in class strategic operational advice across the living sectors.

Anna MacDonald has been promoted to Director – Rental Living, recognising her expertise and leadership in this growing sector. With 15 years’ experience in asset and property management, Anna combines deep operational understanding with strategic insight to help clients improve efficiency and develop strong operational models across rental living portfolios.

Gareth Bridgman becomes Associate Director – Regional Lead, driving SAY’s northern expansion from the new Manchester office. A Chartered Surveyor with experience across Mixed-Use, Affordable Housing, and Rental Living, Gareth focuses on delivering operational excellence and long-term value for clients.

Together, these appointments strengthen SAY’s leadership team and reinforce the consultancy’s commitment to excellence, collaboration, and client-focused delivery.
