The third edition of the hereSAY Benchmark looks at the quality of customer service potential residents receive before they move in.

In 2023 our mystery shoppers enquired at more than 100 Build to Rent schemes, at least three times each, carrying out over 1,000 mystery shops in total. Posing as potential tenants, they gave detailed feedback on every stage of the lead-to-lease journey, from the first enquiry to the follow-up.
