Jenny has over five years’ experience in property management and consultancy, working across both residential and mixed-use developments.

Since joining SAY four years ago, she has been a key contributor within the mixed-use and later living teams, supporting a range of high-profile schemes. She is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Jenny has comprehensive expertise in service charge compliance, Landlord and Tenant Act, and resident consultation. She specialises in the setup and mobilisation of residential and mixed-use assets and has extensive experience working on prime central London developments.

Jenny has successfully led operational mobilisation workstreams, including operational strategy development, managing agent tender processes, design for management and service charge budgeting.
