Jennifer Du Plessis

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Jennifer is an experienced Portfolio/Asset Manager with over 16 years experience in the property industry. 

She joined SAY in 2018 from Estates and Management, a large freehold management company during which she oversaw the day to day management of over 350,000 leasehold and freehold units within the UK. She was involved in the placement and management of external agents, new acquisitions and worked on a number of litigation avoidance cases. 

Prior to this, Jennifer gained extensive property management experience whilst working for Rendall and Rittner. She managed a number of large new builds and high profile schemes within Central London and in regeneration areas.  Jennifer uses this experience when advising clients on service charge budgets, the operational set up of developments and compliance with the Landlord and Tenant Acts. 

Jennifer was also a committee member for the mentorship program of CREW Network UK, a global organisation set up to support women in Real Estate. She is a Member of The Property Institute and an Associate of the RICS.
