Gareth has been with SAY since 2018, following a Masters degree in Real Estate, and is now a qualified Chartered Surveyor.

Gareth has over six years of experience providing strategic operational advice to developers across various sectors including Mixed-Use, Affordable Housing and Rental Living. His expertise lies in developing strategies that help to drive operational excellence and long-term sustainability for projects on which he consults.

A key focus of his is helping developers to navigate the ever-changing complexities of long-term stewardship and advising on the exploration of alternative stewardship models available to developers. Gareth's goal is to set frameworks which support sustainable estate management, fostering both financial resilience and community integration.
