Chanel joined SAY in 2024 and brings over 11 years of experience in residential and mixed-use property management, asset management and operational delivery.

Since joining SAY, Chanel has undertaken a number of client secondments, most notably supporting Related Argent and The King’s Cross Group, where she worked within the asset management team supporting the operational performance of one of London’s most prominent mixed-use estates.

Chanel’s experience spans asset management, customer liaison and property management, providing a strong understanding of both the strategic and day-to-day challenges associated with complex developments.

Her expertise includes estate operations, service charge management, building safety matters, legacy defect resolution, managing agent performance and mobilisation support. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside developers, investors, resident management companies and managing agents across a diverse range of residential and mixed-use developments.
