MANAGING DIRECTOR

Caspar is in his tenth year at SAY and leads the business as Managing Director. He plays a key role in shaping SAY’s direction and growth, ensuring the consultancy continues to deliver high-quality insight and strategic advice across the living sectors.

A Chartered Surveyor, Caspar has deep expertise in developing and implementing leading operational strategies, and in driving the operational performance of rental living and later living assets. He has worked extensively with developers, operators and investors across BTR, co-living, single-family housing and later living to optimise operations, strengthen resident experience and maximise asset value. Caspar previously led SAY’s rental living and later living teams and was instrumental in expanding the consultancy’s later living offer, advising many of the sector’s most established and emerging organisations. 

Caspar is passionate about the ability of the living sectors to create lasting, positive impact across generations. He co-authored the Urban Land Institute’s Housing with Care Guide and was recognised by Property Week as a 2019 RESI Trailblazer.
