Brendan joined the SAY team in 2024, bringing with him a Masters degree in Real Estate.

With a focus on financial analysis and working with large data sets, Brendan has worked on substantial rental living portfolios owned by institutional investors and in asset management in both the residential and hotel sectors. 

Following the completion of his master’s degree in 2021, Brendan began working in Asset Management for a hotel business where he quickly grew within the team and developed his data analysis abilities. Brendan went on to join Savills where he worked as a Portfolio Analyst within the rental living sector, working across multiple portfolios gaining a plethora of knowledge and experience regarding operators, investors, and developers. Since then his career has excelled, and he now plays a crucial role in the rental living team at SAY.
