Louise is an experienced Property Asset Manager with over 14 years’ experience working in the property industry. She has a Masters degree in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2017.

Prior to joining SAY, Louise worked as an Asset Manager for an investment landlord, where she was responsible for managing a large portfolio comprising mixed used buildings. The role included service charge management, block management, health and safety compliance and management of external agents. Louise previously worked at Grainger Plc. and JLL where she gained extensive property management experience managing several large portfolios in Central London, specialising in PRS and residential lettings.
