Gaynor will use her experience to support our clients in their bids for new acquisitions whilst adding valuable skills to our service charge and Build to Rent consultation work.
Gaynor Whiting -
For the past eleven years, before joining SAY, Gaynor worked as a Portfolio Manager for a large property investment landlord, where she was responsible for all aspects of day to day management of the residential portfolio which comprised service charge and non-service charge buildings. The role included the set-up, strategic planning and compliance of newly acquired investments whilst also overseeing the ongoing management of the standing portfolio.
Gaynor managed the external managers and other service providers and particularly enjoyed the forensic service charge account investigation and general forensic data collection.
